I got a fake negative trade feedback. and i reported it waiting a reply from support.
So, i wanted to ask, has anyone ever unfairly got negative feedback and the support removed it?

mine was given by a troll. or alt account i dont know. but support removed it within a week. i choosed the other option when creating the ticket.

You said that your report wasn't about trading feedback, so the only other feedback is the giveaway feedback, isn't it?

yes. i am saying that. :D he broke the rule. we didn't even talk with that person. he just logged in gave me a feedback and logged out. and never come back. i was translating a problem between 2 traders. one side is a rude man. and he ended up giving false reps both me and other trader. then this dude came and gave us negative reps and goes. long story :)

Mine (not the one I currently have, that one was before) was once removed in less then a day (from the moment I noticed it) :P Probably because it was starting to become a sg meme XD

It's really common, even cg himself has a few false negative feedbacks, that are clearly troll comments.
Besides, you have so many positive ones, that it would be easy to rule it out as a troll.

i know, but i like my trading feedback clear. some people may think i scammed 1 guy. so, they may not trust me in big trades.
and support must do something about that :P

I understand your feeling, but actually, cleaning it is not easy, I even heard about tickets dating back over 1 year.
And that's why I brought as an example the admin himself: he could clearly delete his ones in a few clicks, he but didn't yet.

I believe negative feedbacks on traders' profiles should be treated like negative reviews on Steam: if they're fewer than the positive ones, and clearly written by trolls, they are worth nothing. And I'm saying this as a really paranoid guy.

It has to do with user role permissions. Only Super Mod and the Admin himself have the authority to delete trade feedback, as you can see here. Support and Moderators simply do not have these powers.

Rinarin (Super Mod) deleted false feedback for me once that I received due to an impersonator who scammed people using my likeness. But this was 3 years ago, and Rinarin hasn't been seen around these parts for months, sadly.

Rinarin is the only Super Mod on Steamgifts, as far as I know. She's a great mod, it's a shame she doesn't seem to be active anymore.
