There is a "OR" betwen the tw1 and TW2. Could mean it will not work if you own BOTH...

Way too overboard with the rules. Most of us own The Witcher series on GOG as we wanted to support the Devs directly and cut Valve off. Also didn't pass due to useless "Sent / Won"
Sent: 36 / Won: 46
Sent (Cash): $567.64 / Won (Cash): $546.54
Sent (Real CV): $357.20 / Won (Real CV): $167.35

These are my stats, all current on 29/03/2017. This should explain exactly why I hate Sent / Won.
I have slightly over 1:1 in Cash Value and slightly over 2:1 in Real CV.

I think your code might be messed up.
The last statement says owned_games == 20920 or owned_games == 20900, but I do own the Witcher 2.
I should pass the requirements. Unless I miscounted the number of non-bundled games I sent, which is completely possible.

I do own Witcher on GOG, but not on steam. I wish valve were cool like GOG, and let games you have on GOG be on steam.

Also failing on the last rule: Your account failed to pass custom rule: num_sent_nonbundled >= 5 and (not (owned_games == 292030)) and (owned_games == 20920 or owned_games == 20900)

I've sent several unbundled (Not as many as some, but still about about 25 or so).
I don't own 292030 or any variety of the third.
I do own both 20920 and 20900, so maybe that's it?

Ffffffffuck, I knew I would fuck this up....
I removed the rules regarding Witcher 1 & 2. Try again. The intention was to only let people enter who at least played one of the predecessors. I didn't take GOG into account though...

What are the rules for entering to win Steam packs if I currently own a number of the games contained within?
We ask users not to enter giveaways for packages if they already own the majority of the games. This allows for winners that will receive the most value out of their gift. In the end, the giveaway creator has the final say, and if they believe the winner owns too many of the packaged games, we'll allow them to request a new winner.
