It wasnt, its not on store anymore. You can open a ticket to create a ga for it.
Then again, if a friend gave you the game, he probably wasnt expecting you to give it away

The Dark Elf edition was replaced by the Legendary Edition, which offers more content.
So yes, you'd have to have the site staff add the GA to the table to be able to create a GA for it.

Or since it's a removed game, you can trade it to collector's for value and use that money for another game to GA.
