Until you giveaway non-bundle games. Then bundle games are able to make up 20% of your total non-bundle giveaways. (Or something like that)

Not sure that's how it works... Almost certain that total bundle game value will always stick at $30, but the non-bundle games will increase that

It is. Bundled games can only make up a certain percentage of your total non bundled games. So, if you give away a lot of regular games, you can make several bundled games and still get full credit.

Unless I'm mistaken:

N - non-bundle games value
B - bundle games value
T - total contribution

If N=0 and B<=30, then T = B
If N=0 and B>30, then T = $30
If N>0 and B>30, then T = N + B/5 + 30

A contributor (in SteamGifts) is someone that gives you something (by making a giveaway) without asking anything in return.
