I once used that 'cause the winner of a giveaway I made looked really suspicious (he had virtually no playtime, his only friend had a very similar name, the only games he had where very cheap to get from bundles and such, etc) so I reported him and the admin confirmed he's an alt used to enter multiple times in a giveaway! I felt so smart! ^_^
