Oh and you are the one that made the revolutionary post like a couple of days ago.

I just wanted to share something which is discouraging me from ever using this site. (not that people care, but I simply wanted to give games away)
The first trade was 3 men at war DLC (obviously Bundle games, it was a test for me to see how things worked)
A) 2 of the Winners could not Speak English. One of French, and one was Russian.
B) 1 of the Winners was a fake account, meaning they had no games, no profile, no picture, no friends, over 200 entries with no comments anywhere, no form of communication at all (his games were like Dota 2, a few indie games or free downloads, and only 1 real game..., I wouldn't even consider this account a person....)
Anyway....After going through this painful ordeal of being "locked out" of giving away more games, because the first 2 didn't understand that I wanted them to leave feedback (did not know english), and the last was well...I'll just call him a robot.
So anyway...Steamgifts has a rule that givers can't create their own rules...
Well...I ignored this for the time being, and said to participate you must "Be able to speak english", and I'd trade the codes in steam. (For $20-30 full games) as I wouldn't want this to happen yet again....
Then I saw in the comments people furious that I was breaking the rules by writing my own rules....umm...wanting to be able to communicate with the winner is that bad?
Even had people "reporting" my giveaways for this English requirement....
Then I looked at these people...all of them....who were posting that I was breaking the rules. Oh my the terrible game giver wants people to speak English he's so terrible.
Well each shared a common characteristic. Around 2000-30000 "entries", and about $100 worth of gamess each (one even had Skyrim). Then I looked over at their contributions. And then I saw the trend...The cap is like $25-$30? For your first indie games you sell. So people will sell something like a Dota 2 pass for $20 + something like indie game the movie or nonsense. Then they are eligible for many of the contributor trades.
So my issue is basically this...quite a few people are ungrateful on this website. If speaking English as a requirement is a problem, then let me know so I can cancel all my giveaway's, and never use this site again. (Steam/Valve...U.S.) I don't want to give a game to someone in Russia who can't speak English and doesn't ever give feedback for 7 days or however long. Actually I wish I could lock it to "U.S." only to avoid this all together.
But...for people to accuse me of breaking the rules, and report me...for giving away full games ($20-30) games like Civ 5 + Gods and Kings, and there would be a lot more...it makes me seriously just want to give up on this site.
