There are several quests to complete for some rewards that will be revealed later (it's not clear whether these will include Steam content or not).
You will need to make a new account (the accounts created during previous years seem to not work).

• completing Unleash the Core! quest awards a Premium LootPack PlayStation 🌟

Level 8, 9, 10 rewards (scroll down to "Level Up Rewards") are codes to redeem on https://www.lootboy.de/redeemCode for a lootpack containing a Steam key + some stuff that probably no one needs (vouchers, the usual coin drops, in-game rewards for mobile games)
You can redeem multiple codes for the same level on the same Lootboy account. <- this was changed on 🌟 29 Aug 🌟; Lootboy restricted redemption of how many codes you can redeem on one account. For now, redemption still works on a new account but be aware that Lootboy is known to ban multi-account individuals. It's unknown whether the Gamescom team is aware of this restriction or not.

Level 8, 9, 10 rewards share the same pool of Steam games.
"Unleash the core" quest rewards seems to share a common pool of games with the other packs, but will be listed separately for now. The list of reported drops can be found ⏩ here ⏪.

Known issues

The following issues have been reported by several people and already forwarded to the devs who are actively working on fixing them. Since it's Sunday evening in Germany though, we might see some improvements on Monday the earliest.

Lootboy restricted redemption of how many codes you can redeem on one account. For now, redemption still works on a new account but be aware that Lootboy is known to ban multi-account individuals. It's unknown whether the Gamescom team is aware of this restriction or not.

Ch 6

• "Egg-cellent!" & "Study the studio! | Day 4": task completed but the quest doesn't register as completed; as such "Cosplay Kawaii!" also can't be obtained
• "gamescom Superfan!": for some accounts this doesn't work; it might be because of some sort of dependency to Ch 6 completion, which for some doesn't trigger (as mentioned above)

Ch 7

• "Unleash the Core!": task completed but the quest doesn't register as completed; ; as such "FEAR-less!" also can't be obtained
• "Amazing Trace!": a lot of people have problems clicking the Tetris piece from the "Sponsored By" section

Completionism

• Social Star! - using the refresh button sometimes fixes it, sometimes it does not
• Question Quest! - using the refresh button sometimes fixes it, sometimes it does not
• Kingcom! - using the refresh button sometimes fixes it, sometimes it does not

General

• Several people reporting that they didn't receive the reward for reaching a certain level (for example, lvl 8 reward did not unlock even if they are level 10 now)
