Giveaway winner problem?

Hi all, I recently joined Steamgifts and made a giveaway for Half Life 2: Ep 2.
The lucky winner has had the code sent via email by myself a few hours after it was won. Since then the winner has not notified receiving the code. I am ok to wait it out but, if the winner has already used the code and is not confirming this then my profile ends up looking like a bad one. Also the value of contribution does not go up leaving me short of being able to enter contributor only giveaways.

Can anyone help or give advice with this?
