Those are the ones I have played and IIRC can be played with one hand (on mouse). Commandos might require you to take your hand off the mouse to hit keys to quick-switch characters though...maybe? Can't remember.

If I recall correctly, the game Jamestown is a one handed game. Typical shoot'em up game.

I remember playing Need for Speed: Underground 2 so much I actually beat my friend 1 handed, might be worth looking into xD

I cannot recommend Europa Universalis 3 Chronicles enough. Not the easiest game to get into unless you've played Paradox grand strategy titles before, but so worth it.

IIRC, Evil Genius is mostly using a mouse, and you own it. So's Frozen Synapse and Men of War: AS and pretty much any other RTS/RTT...

I am playing through Might & Magic: Clash of Heroes and so far it is a game that could be completely played with a mouse. It is a very good game as well.
