probably a good idea to copy paste the list to your thread and remove/cross out the ones that you have given away, when i had asked for mount and blade there were 23 pages of comments. that would reduce the amount of repeat request significantly

On the other hand, it would be easier if people used the search bar on the left, too... Outlast was mentioned like, 30 times or something? Quite ridiculous.

i think the initial list on your first post and then you remove game by game as they are taken is a fool proof way to not get asked twice for the same game thats no longer available, i mean how can anyone ask for outlast if outlast isnt on the list? ^^

does one drive auto-update every few seconds? I know google docs does. I've used them during events assigning things with several people which we all could work on the same excel together in real time. This way, the list will be seen in real time.

You can add editors/mods with power to edit the sheet, then make sure to only share the link as 'can view' and you can even see at the bottom to disable downloads or even your editor changing your settings. One editor can follow the thread and fill in the username who requested the game while you send out codes to the users and then cross them off or veto it( depending on who checks requirements) you can have a note section to type instant messages to each other, all in real time. Any viewers will also be able to see those messages in real time as well however so do be careful about any personal info :P Google Sheets seem to be perfect for your needs atm.
