Whats with all the grid: autosport giveaways?

Seriously, where do all the copies in the giveaways come from? The sheer amount of whats been put out there indicates some kind of deal / bundle somewhere. Anyone willing to enlighten me?

kinda unlikely ... + it was dirt cheap months ago as well

my guess without having a source, ROW Keys from RU or other cheap countries that were on sale - though which? :D

Shame that forums doesn't have a search feature.... Oh wait!

Extremly cheap keys from few, not 100% legit, internet shops and the fact that it was given free with purchase of some intel components.
