contacted support with all available information (gift url, wrong mail, correct mail), was fixed within half an hour.

I already messaged humbebundle support but they aren't exactly fast. Anyone had the same problem before and was it fixed?
I won a game and I sent it to my main email without thinking, and for some reason my main email can't recieve any mail from humblebundle (I even had someone on from hotmail support to look at my mail and they told me the fault is with humblebundle.)
