Steamgift lv can drop?

Hello guys, someone know if steamgift lv can drop? Because i was in lv 7 and dropped to lv 6. The latest games that i used in GA (4 X LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham Premium Edition, 3 X LEGO Batman Trilogy) arent bundled when i created the GA. I checked in https://www.steamgifts.com/bundle-games/search?q=lego. But now they are saying that the game is already bundled since fev 16 2016. So if this is true, how i can entered in lv 7 GA?

Retroactive bundling is possible. :/ So yes, that's why you dropped a level.

Your CV can go down in two ways afaik.

1) The price of games you've given away get lowered in Steam and since SG is drawing the numbers straight from there your CV drops. We all suffer from this one. When I left the site last fall I was at 8,22. When I came back last week I had dropped to 7,88.

2) the bundle list is updated manually so sometimes it takes a bit for some games to be added on it. However when they do it's not the date they're added that counts but the date they first got bundled/huge discount/price glitch etc. So sometimes the CV your GAs give you change retroactively(if the start date for the giveaway is before the date they were bundled though they'll still count for full CV)

Yeah, my sons level dropped today in fact. He wasn't too pleased about it...lol
