Hm. If I only want one, and want to steamgift the other 3, is that possible, or does getting it redeem all of them into your account? I've never bought Steam bundles before. I assume I'd want to 'buy it as a gift'. And I'm guessing then it lets me choose who to gift to when someone is Steam friends with me. Is that right?

Yes it's all in one to buy. Cannot to be separated. And yes you can gift (all four together at same).
But if you want separated to buy, then costs more.

I tried the "hide/remove game from library" option, but seems like that no longer works as it says you already own something when you get past the initial checkout screen. Lame.

Wait. I tried redeeming the gift again one more time after adding caveblazers back to my account after removing it before. It worked this time. Looks like the system they use to detect owning is not designed to take into account people removing and adding a game back to library multiple times.

Nice bundle for a great price, but I don't want to play any of those games, so skipping it. Still, props to Steam and Yogscast for this!

After a few attempts at contacting them in various ways to get the bundle changed from a "Must Purchase Together" bundle to a "Complete The Set" bundle, it appears that they respond to Tweets.
Unfortunately it also appears there have been some issues in their attempt to switch it to a "Complete The Set"-type bundle - I'm sure they'll get it sorted before this campaign ends tomorrow.
EDIT: I guess they might not actually get around to fixing it before it ends. Only 2 hours left of the campaign as of this edit. Bummer.
