Please tell why

For me, it's Vampire: the Masquerade - Bloodlines someone will surely re-install it just by reading its name
All that stuff with zombies and serial killers scare me, even if I know there are scarier games

By the way, any game with shooting missions scare me in some way, like GoldenEye and Perfect Dark. They make me getting into panic because of the unpredictability of appearing enemies

For some reason, some scenes in The Stanley Parable manage to make me feel real uneasy. The weird part is that it's actually a comedy game.

Games I was scared of. Let me think.
1: There was a kids tvshow I remember. It took place in the wilderness of Finland about 1700-1800. It had these icemonsters wandering around and they froze everyone it encountered and if the frozen person was not discovered within 12 hours and some weird extremely rare crystals were sacrified to the monsters the person was dead. Also the thing was the monsters were attracted to any sound, light or heat. The only nice thing was that the monsters only came out at night/dusk/dawn. The most terrifying thing was the realization that the monsters were able to unlock doors, climb ladders and punching through walls.
2: I play SinsOfaSolarEmpire:Rebellion and I tried out the Halo mod for the first time. I had never heard of Halo before then. I normally play on a 1000 planets map with 7 AI 1 Human. I was just scouting and wondering why the other players were not invading me and had so low scores. Then I encountered a giant battle over a world where I first saw a fleet get infected with flood spores and turn on their comrades I hightailed it out of there. After that I massproduced S-MACs and carriers filled with fighters to engage from range. I built up a fleet with all my caps as carriers with spamming Paris-classes. I encountered a flood planet and wathed the fighters be too few to stop the flood. I then saw that the flood gets the hangar capacity of my carriers and immediately deploys spores. I was terrified at the implications and spent the rest of the game massproducing AA-frigates and micromanaging kiting of enemy fleets with there constantly being 5-10 fleet battles to manage.

Clive Barker's Undying has several segments which give me a chill every time I play them.

Well....uhm.....For me it's been quite scary being near death in State of Decay, you get lots of adrenaline when you have so low health, a feral will seal your fate.

The original Half-Life (and Half-Life 2) have some parts that make me feel uneasy. I think it was that feeling of being alone after the parts where you've been around other people for a while.
