only 1 of his 7 won gifts were activated
I don't care if i get banned for calling out as long as he gets too.
(my support ticket is just 3 days old and i know its too early for a reply but seeing him how he won again just pisses me off. I'm posting this hoping to speed up the process)

Yeah, no calling out here. Also 9001 additional support tickets won't change that, support deals with it as soon as they have time.

Nope. It won't help except that maybe you will get banned faster for calling out. Really, you should delete this thread before it happens.
