Both me and Zemun mean that people usually create a thread for WL recruitment, not for single giveaways (or even a series of GAs). There isn't a rule for it, as far as I know it, but in general people create topics for trains, cakedays, milestones, etc. Didn't mean to imply anything, and of course, wouldn't mind to be on your WL as well ;)
