Hello gentlemens. I've used steamgifts and steamtrades for a long time (I have more 1000+ positive rep on steamtrades), but due to my own mistakes my steam account with 3k+ games was restricted. That's a long story, I've spent 2 years trying to get it back, but failed. So I moved to a new steam account and want to continue to use these awesome websites.

I know that you can have only one steamgifts account, that's why I'm here.

I've asked support to link my account to different steam account, but got response that it's not possible. I've asked to remove my account completely then, so I can create new one, but didn't get any response for weeks.

Also I've found similar topics and in one of them bobofatt stated that:

However, if you want to permanently switch accounts, contact support. We can suspend one, and then let you create another with the knowledge that this is the plan.

Maybe some of one faced the same situation and can give me some advice. Or this topic will bring attention of some moderator, who can assist me in my situation.

Just wait for the support to get back to you. There is over 20 000 open support tickets atm, so the line is long.
