Should i Start crafting now or wait for christmas sale?

The cards will probably get more expensive during the sales, at least that's how I remember it.

I actually do believe that you should do this way before X-mas. Because everyone wants to craft badges now so I expect their prices to go up. However, with the confirmation system, I don't think people bother changing the prices tho :/

It's worth mentioning that I crafted a few the other day and had to grab a couple cards off the market to do it - and (like with backgrounds etc) my crafted holiday cards are trade/market locked until Christmas Day - so if you're just buying the cards now and you're planning on selling your excess holiday cards, you're gonna want to craft now.

It'd suck if you RNG'd up a foil holiday card and the event ended before the market cooldown did.

it's really no big magic.

the prices for booster packs and regular trading cards will rise during the sale since everybody and their dogs want to craft badges.
the prices for emoticons and backgrounds will drop during the sale since the market will be flooded with all the stuff from the badges crafted during the sale.
the prices for the sale trading cards will drop over time as the market gets saturated towards the end of the sale.
