The good thing about Texas for me is more seeing my sister. And my niece and nephew!

Because the mom and aunt thing has been going on for about 7 years, it's just reached yet another climax that is ruining family camaraderie. When the feud first happened we did something similar. But now with my grandmother in the mix, it's getting very icky. And it doesn't matter if you try to keep yourself out of it, which I mostly have, they find ways to drag you in through actions that have nothing to do with their fight. They just twist it sometimes. It's highly draining when it happens.

Really sorry to hear about the issues, dude. Being family, though, it should eventually work itself out - family almost always finds a way to forgive and come back together. Also, you are still managing to do something for the holidays, by going to Texas. Could end up being more fun.

I know how small things can add up, especially if it's things you can't control. Lay low, stay calm, offer a few kind words when you can and things'll settle down and get better eventually. At least, that's my experience.

Don't feel so down. Sure, you have hard times, but you can talk it out with people of concern! Nothing too irreversible.
And look on positive thing: at least you probably don't have polar night coming so you fell down for no particular reason and is sleepy like you're a bear ready to hibernate. =:D

Nah, I'm pretty sure this will have to be resolved with them. Problem is my grandfather passed away and his daughters were fighting and had been for years. Now that he's gone, my grandmother is trying to fix it. So she stuck herself in and it's gotten worse.

Misunderstandings between friends, eh? If they don't trust you then they're not really your friends, or at least aren't good ones. I say fuck 'em, find better friends.
Family is overrated, I really don't understand why so many people have this need to be really close with their family members and get bummed out when not everyone in the family gets along. You don't need to travel with them in solidarity, you're a grown up, do whatever the fuck you want. Don't let anyone control your life and what you can or can't do, you'll never be happy if you do.

Eh, you have your outlook and I'll have mine. I respect your right to it. My family has actually had my back on numerous occasions too many to count. I mean, I do what I want, but they've always supported me for the most part. So when a huge discord occurs, it's troubling.
And the friends thing is mostly my fault. Not theirs. Don't be so quick to judge them. I know a bit of what happened, and it definitely comes down on me first. Anyways, I appreciate your taking the time to comment on the thread, Chibi. :)

I am glad to hear your family is better than what I imagined them to be like. With a good and supportive family I can see why you'd get down when shit between them happens. I hope it'll get resolved soon.
Well considering I know nothing about what happened between you and your friends I guess I shouldn't have been so quick to judge. But I do think that if misunderstandings don't get solved quickly then there's a trust issue, and trust is very important part of any kind of relationship, including friendship.
Whenever misunderstandings happened between me and my best friends, I just explained the situation, they trusted me and we moved on. Then again maybe the misunderstandings happening between you and your friends are a lot more complicated, I don't know. But I hope you'll resolve it with them soon.

Various things are getting me down lately. Oh well. Here's the list (You'll like the other list much better)
Misunderstandings between friends which is causing issues that I don't feel like discussing.
My mom, my aunt and my grandmother are fighting, and it looks like we are skipping the family holiday parties because they can't get along. We'll probably go visit my sister in Texas instead, but I won't see most of my family because I need to travel with them in solidarity. So I'm kind of bummed out at the moment.
One semi-good thing is that bundles have SUCKED lately, which is helping my wallet to a certain extent (and I do need to save money). But at the same time, bundles bring me joy, because a good bundle means I have more to give.
And while the Holiday Cheer is spreading on SG, I'm just feel like I keep sinking a little lower each day. Regardless, to try to combat some of this, I've gone on a GA creating spree, because even if I'm not feeling great, someone else will get to see the Space Cat. That helps a little bit.
Also, too lazy to create a train. Don't even feel like putting in bot protection.
Anyways, if you've got a funny gif or something, that'd be awesome.
