Fallout 3, it marked huge drop in quality in the series. But still, better value for money.

Fallout 3. There are hell of a lot of mods out there to keep the game fresh and modern.

And anyway both came with Games for Windows Live as new. So no judgement there...

The real question is: Do you want to destroy buildings(which is super fucking fun in guerrilla) Or do you want a shooter with rpg elements?
But I say both if you can get them, they're both a lot of fun. Just don't touch that RF:Armageddon trash if you know whats good for you.
