I think 3 is far more superior to NV. I enjoyed it a lot more.

Fallout 3 has a better atmosphere to it. But gameplay wise NV is better.

^what she/he said, but all that is added new to NV has came from mods for FO3... so basically all you have in NV can be added with mods to FO3.

There are things I liked better about each title, Fallout 3's wasteland was a little more active. But the writing in New Vegas was superior and it didn't feel like the bombs had just dropped.

Fallout 3, it marked huge drop in quality in the series. But still, better value for money.

Preferably both if Guerilla is -75%

Fallout 3. There are hell of a lot of mods out there to keep the game fresh and modern.

And anyway both came with Games for Windows Live as new. So no judgement there...

Oh yea, don't get just the base game. The game is 100x better with the DLCs... sadly I feel like the game isn't complete at least without the Broken Steel DLC.

You need at least the first DLC so you can continue playing after you're done with the main quest. Unless, of course, you finish everything else before the main quest.

The real question is: Do you want to destroy buildings(which is super fucking fun in guerrilla) Or do you want a shooter with rpg elements?
But I say both if you can get them, they're both a lot of fun. Just don't touch that RF:Armageddon trash if you know whats good for you.
