For some reason, writing the full answer to 5 doesn't work, we have to skip a part.

The film in question is from a different company and was able to gain a net profit, which Road to Eldorado wasn't able to.

I cannot give you any more hints (like timeframe, company or asked aspect), since all of these could be too specific. ylil as the creator is the only one, who can (in my opinion) give you any more hints.
Sorry.

what... I solved the itstoohard puzzle. But I don't know what to do with that. um... thanks I guess (not sure what to put without giving away the result)

Do I need to do something with the result? Should I create an account there and redo it to prove I've solved it? Guess I'll do the jigsaws tomorrow and see if that helps. Its late here.

That's a pretty interesting tradition. I don't think we do anything special other than decorate and party.

Like Oppenh4imer said. There is a similar tradition here in Germany: the Adventskranz. Although I don't know if there are any "rules" on how far the candles should be burned on what day.

Got no clue on Nr. 6. Adding/substracting letters is wrong, first letters is wrong. No idea for other ways to tackle that problem.

Regarding the Adventskranz, there is a small poem about it:

(german)
Advent, Advent,
ein Lichtlein brennt.
Erst ein, dann zwei, dann drei, dann vier,
dann steht das Christkind vor der Tür.
(sometimes added to it)
Und wenn die fünfte Kerze brennt,
dann hast du Weihnachten verpennt!

(english)
Advent, Advent
a small light burns.
First one, then two, then three, then four,
then the christ child stands 'fore the door.
(the addition)
And when the fifth small light is burning
you have slept through christmas.

There is no fifth candle for christmas.
That verse is jokingly added by children, because you would have missed everything on the sunday for the fifth candle => slept through christmas; missed christmas

Feel free. It was just a quick translation. Maybe someone with a more artistic feel for language can even make the english text rhyme more.

My mom does the same tradition. Each year she makes a advent crown with 4 candles. And lights them in the same way you said. We live in Belgium but my mom has German roots. Perhaps that's why she does it, don't know if other Belgians do the same tbh. Thanks for another nice event :)
