It's worth noting that the discount given by the code is just -15% while the package has been normally discounted -20% during every sale.

Not for Australians, apparently:
This promo code is not valid for the selected currency

"The discount code works on 2 USD, 2 EUR, 1.5 GBP, or 8 PLN off, only on the Warcraft I & II Bundle, when entered at the checkout. The code works only for the listed currencies, which—if at a different location—can be easily changed at the bottom of our page."

You can try that.

So much for preserving old games :-\

Blizzard wants to preserve their old games... by selling you the remakes called "Remastered"... and making sure you can't buy the actual good games that were created by talented people back in the day...

Yeah that's what I figured. Shame GOG is spending time on old games to make them playable just for them to get delisted for remasters by the devs.

Got Polish/Polska language on the site and works here with 2 eur discount that is not a lot off :(.

Zarddin's link links to the polish site, it's written right there in the URL, that's the /pl/ part.

For the price, I also think 2 € off is not much from 13,96 €, and still very very high for such old games. There are other great classics on GOG for less than a buck on sale.

The remaster is worthless AI poorly upscaled garbage.

Overpriced bundle (at least in Brazil), discount is too little, still overpriced after the discount.

I would get this but I have physical copies. Not as easy to get them running on a modern machine nowadays so it would be nice to have the gog version however not at that little discount, but what's going to happen after gog delists them, are they going to maintain them in the background despite not being able to sell them anymore, or will they slowly become incompatible with newer OS's?

Yes, they plan to do their best to maintain the games even once they are delisted. Source, their twitter -> https://x.com/GOGcom/status/1863583943229833251

"At GOG, we believe that games should live forever. This means not only preserving them but also making sure they remain accessible, updated, and enjoyable on modern systems—everything the GOG Preservation Program is built to ensure. Yet, despite our dedication and best efforts, there are times when not everything goes as we’d hoped.

...

Going forward, even if a game is no longer available for sale on GOG, as part of the GOG Preservation Program, it will continue to be maintained and updated by us, ensuring it remains compatible with modern and future systems.

We're incredibly proud of our work on both Warcraft: Orcs and Humans and Warcraft II, bringing them back to life after decades of unavailability and introducing several improvements to ensure the best possible experience, as close to the original as possible.

Although we’ll soon no longer be able to offer these games in our store, anyone who purchased them before they were removed will still enjoy the most compatible, high-quality versions, guaranteed by the GOG Preservation Program.

And because we’re DRM-free, you’ll have access to their Offline Installers, ensuring lifetime access to enjoy them whenever you like. This is what these titles—and you as gamers—deserve."

Agree. I used to love Blizzard, but stopped supporting them after all the allegations. These games can be easily found online, anyway!

To me it is more like giving some money to them now while GOG still getting 30% of that just to never have to give Blizzard any money in future for any remakes remasters reforged editions.
