I also don't think they can stack up. Once you activate a code, it will stay for 1 month until it ends. With a credit card, you can continue the turbo to keep recurring but I would guess that with a code, after the first month ends you would have to use another code to activate another 1 month if you know what I mean.
However, if you have many codes then try to stack 2 to see if it works, maybe they updated their systems or something.
@sviat93, Yes they do. Once you buy 1 month turbo they will automatically renew it for you every month. However you can cancel that via subscriptions page if you don't want turbo for next time. However you pay every month, you can't buy like 3-5 months in advance.

I guess I will need to cancel it now, so it will remain just for 1 month with the code, if I cancel it I won't lose the current 1 month no? Also HB should have warn their customers that if they don't cancel subscription, Twitch will charge money from them next month.

When you go into Subscription page there should be two options (if I remember correctly) one is to totally cancel the subscription and other is don't renew. If you click don't renew then it will just won't renew for the next month and your current subscription will still stay until it finishes.
P.s: I just checked my email and they do send an e-mail about Turbo and that it takes payment every month.

You can cancel immediately so it doesn't renew.
Once subscribed, I can't find anywhere to enter more codes, so I guess you can't stack. As the codes expire September 1st, the best you can get is 3 months for $3.

Are they single use per account or can you stack them up to have a year of Twitch Turbo?
The keys themselves expire September 1st.
