Oh come on. Graphics don't matter in a game if the gameplay is good. Not to mention that this is only in beta state, and you shouldn't expect a completely finished work. That's the whole point behind releasing a beta version of a game.

honestly the graphics is so poor for 2016(even on ultra settings)

every time I see topics in this vein, I find myself marvelling over how some people define the word "shit"

Looks like the same hyper-stylized art style the previous game used, with a lot more polygons thrown at the character models and detailing.
Were you expecting something else ?
