Like the title says. I'm able to enter the payday 2 christmas soundtrack giveaways, though I gave up on entering them and just bought it.
And yeah, I did sync my account afterwards.

DLC doesn't get picked up by the site from your library, so you have to just avoid entering.

+1 It's because SteamGifts can only query your profile, and not library. As DLCs don't show up in your profile, sg still allows you to enter for them.

One helpful feature would be if you won a DLC giveaway (Like I won the steely dawn starter pack) and marked it as received that you could not enter in them any more.

Or even game giveaways in general. I've seen people with multiple wins for the same game because they don't activate the game and thus continually enter giveaways. If anything, it would ensure that there is a smaller chance of non-activators entering giveaways.

that's a dlc. [insert a long answer about dlc, packs, steam api and steamgifts] that's why just hide the giveaways for dlc and packs you own and move on.

DLC is a pain everywhere and in all aspects of it's existence, Steamgifts is no exception. Just a few months ago even Steam itself was terribad at letting you know which DLC you owned and which you still had to get so I really wouldn't expect Steamgifts to be any better.
