If the guy winner of the giveaway tag as not received and I sent the gift, whats happen?

It was my first giveaway, so I'm understanding how steamgifts works.
I added the winner on steam and sent the gift, he accept the gift, everthings fine. However the giveaway still "awaiting feedback",
so if he doesn't tag as received the giveaway don't will appear on my profile? And if he tags as not received will I have a "negative"?

Can I request the proof of my gift on steam os something like that?

I don't know if I can create this topic and sorry if this question has a answer in another topic, I didn't find it.
And sorry about my English.

Yes.

Add him and ask to mark as received or wait 7 days and open a ticket with proofs.

If he receive the game and mark as not received - you provide proof, gets your feedback and he gets a nice big fat bann up his arse for missuse of GA feedback :D:
