If you have ever clicked on the "Report User" button on old SG without SG+ mod then you made a User Report ticket that the support team could not access at that time. Apparently those have now turned into real support tickets and are sitting in your Support tab. Do the support team a favor and go check those out to see if they still need attention or not.
For example, I had a ticket in there that was resolved ages ago but came up as Unresolved because I had reported the guy. He has already served his time, no need to have support look at it again.
