This bundle doesnโt cost much more than a Netflix subscription, yet will you be getting more entertainment hours out of this selection rather than binge-watching your movies & TV shows?
I can't decide if I want it.... I am not into Yakuza, I have Darksiders 3, basically only 4 wishlisted games, but I am huge fanboy of townsmen, I used to play it a lot on the old-school phones, before smartphones.

I got an anual coupon for 99 dollars for a year for premium. 7.62 euro per month. Do you think its worth it?
Comment has been collapsed.
The thing is you think its better to give 90 euro for 100+ games or its better to give 90 euro for 10-15 games that i will 100% play? Humble Choice in the past months is pretty bad with exception of November with kiwami 2 and Darksiders 3 to save this month. I am really think to subscribe but i still didnt decide 100%.
Its under 1 euro per game but i can buy games that i 100% play with 90 euro. Tough choice.
Comment has been collapsed.
Thank you my friend. I think i will give it a try. Its 7.62 per month in the end. 2 less coffees. And i hope for good games in the next months.
Comment has been collapsed.
Yes this is what makes me think more about it. Charity is always a good thing.

I just got an email in the morning with this offer. 99 dollars for 12 months but without pause or cancel. In normal annual classic plan you can pause and these months will be go for the next. In this offer with the 99 dollars i must take all the months straight without pausing.
Comment has been collapsed.
I wish you to take that offer too. I will subscribe and hope for the best in the coming months.
Comment has been collapsed.
I saw one coupon for 99 dollars per year but for new customers only and this coupon the pause is possible. Maybe you talk about this coupon? Its a difference coupon from the other i receive and only for new customers. I have subscribed before.

If you're still looking for this offer, they're offering it for new subscribers as a black friday offer:

Yep, they can be redeemed everywhere. Sometimes (very rarely though) the sub I call "ROW" can actually have 1 - 2 countries excluded (like Japan / China etc); when this happens, I make sure I write this info in the OP.
But the keys for the games you named can be activated everywhere, including the locked countries.
Comment has been collapsed.
I'm a bit confused by this. I should be ROW, but when I tried to generate a link for Imperator it gave me a region lock warning with the countries from the "low priced regions" list below it. Shouldn't that mean my ROW key does not work in those countries, why else is it shown to me?
Comment has been collapsed.
The countries list is shown regardless of wether your key is ROW or region locked. The notification is just informational, take it as "for these countries we assign locked keys". The real region locks are deducted based on this list correlated with the packages that exist on SteamDB and are listed in the OP.
Comment has been collapsed.
i think if you already paid for the month your keys are based on the region at the time.
and TH is from Low priced regions for "Darksiders III" , but not for Imperator: Rome
check the links provided it will list the countries that the key is locked to
Region locks has no rules its up to the game publishers to set them, and TH is normally part of SEA

This is your last chance to pause this month.
Comment has been collapsed.
No pause and after the 6 months where do you go? in which plan? I think that is the catch
Comment has been collapsed.
Got that one too.
Its 6.83 per month for 12 months but with the ability to pause
or
Its 4.92 per month for 6 months but without the ability to pause.
What will you choose?
Comment has been collapsed.
No. They charge each month for 4.92. Not like the annual. But if you pause the offer at 4.92 euro for the next 5 months will be void.
Comment has been collapsed.
I think its an email offer to specific member of humble. The offer is till 1th January.
Comment has been collapsed.
Its without pause ability so its 6 straight months.
Comment has been collapsed.
Where did you get the idea it wouldn't?
I'll copy response from the other thread:
"Well, I don't, but Humble themselves were fast changing this:
"COUPON - $6 USD a month to subscribe to Humble Choice Classic for 6 months"
Into this:
"COUPON - $6 USD a month to subscribe to Humble Choice Premium for 6 months"
And it is also stated for me, and I'm on the Classic plan - "Subsequent months will be billed at $19.99/month"
I would love to be wrong, but I didn't find any clue pointing we would be back on Classic but few clues we wont."
I guess we need to wait for official response to those who asked same question.
Comment has been collapsed.
I have no idea what you are talking about. The coupon is for classic. The terms don't mention Premium. Nothing in the membership changes, besides the discount being applied.
Besides, as the coupon is applied automatically, it would be pretty hilarious if they enforced downgrades for everyone who doesn't wait till the coupon becomes invalid.
I don't need to wait for any official response, there is nothing to worry about.

Can someone tell me, can I give the ROW key for Darksiders 3 to someone living in the RU/CIS region, or would they be unable to activate it? I see on the sub the cross region gifting is "no", but not sure if this refers to just using gift links or to the key itself. Thanks.
Comment has been collapsed.
Darksiders 3 out of stock. Do these ever come back / how long does it usually take? I'm only familiar with Fanaticals restock policies.
Thanks.
Comment has been collapsed.
I guess it depends on the publisher and if they provide a new batch of keys.
As far as I know, these are still out of stock (or maybe no one reported that they're back in stock):
A Short Hike - April 2019 Humble Monthly
Little Big Workshop - August 2020 Humble Choice
This Is the Police 2 - April 2020 Humble Choice
ELEX - March 2021 Humble Choice
Comment has been collapsed.
It came back in stock. Rather unexpected so quickly.
Comment has been collapsed.
A Short Hike is a bit of a different case because Steam keys were never promised as part of the bundle. They temporarily handed out keys as a bonus when they were given a batch, and stopped when they ran out. I missed out on that one.
I redeemed This is the Police 2 a couple of weeks ago. Give it a try.
Comment has been collapsed.
Try again. I was able to get my key now - they must have just restocked.
Comment has been collapsed.
How can they even run out of keys? I would assume that they would be holding key for whole bundle and every purchase, regardless of what you've picked so far - since they claim that you can pick your games whenever you want. What are they going to do when some game gets delisted some years later and someone decides to "choose it"? What a clown show.
Comment has been collapsed.
I had this happen for a Humble Store purchase - I didn't reveal the key and the game got delisted. Humble ended up having to refund me because they were never going to restock the keys. Not sure how this would work for Choice.
Comment has been collapsed.
That's concerning, since then the keys are really assigned only once revealed.
I kinda want to put tinfoil hat on for a moment, lets say that they (or any other 3rd party site) can realize sale with supplier just only after the key reveal. Then in theory they could pocket full sale price, with hope that the key would be never requested or requested at later date when they might, most likely, have lower priced key batch from supplier.
Comment has been collapsed.
Bruh. They have limited keys, because it cost money. And why would they assign a key for someone who didn't chose that game? With Your stupid logic, the keys would get sold out way quicker, if they were auto assigned for every purchase, instead for people who reveled those keys.
Comment has been collapsed.
Because keys are products. You don't go to the store, thinking there will be infinite kilk. Every key cost a site real money. They don't have infinite keys. They buy them from, I guess Steam. So the only clown show is Your post, completely ignoring the reality. Of course they should have enough of keys, but sometimes it's not possible. You don't buy billion gallons of milk for Your store, because it gets bad. While key won't get bad, it will lose the value and You will lose the money. They have to sell those keys. Sometimes bundle is more popular than it was anticipated, so keys are gone and they have to restock it. Get real.
Comment has been collapsed.
How do you explain people who have run out of keys they bought from the Humble Store?
They are guaranteed to have bought the key, which means they have to buy it back from the supplier for them. I think they just sell long-unopened keys at a hige price, when they run out of supplies, in the hope that the person will forget about it, or Humble will replenish their keys. And if this is not the case, they can always return the money.
For Humble Choice, I think everything works the same way.
By the way, in this set, subscribers were guaranteed all the games. Take a look at this promotion:
"LIMITED TIME: PREMIUM AND CLASSIC SUBSCRIBERS GET ALL 12 GAMES."
This means that Humble must provide that the buyer will someday redeem his key. Because he will definitely be able to open all the keys from this bundle.
Comment has been collapsed.
They buy them from, I guess Steam.
They don't buy them per-se. The publisher sends them a batch of keys and they pay the publisher when the keys are sold.
Humble's party foul is that they don't allocate you a key when you buy a product, only when you reveal the key. Thus it's possible for them to run out of stock of something you've already bought. This is in contrast to other bundle sites that allocate you a key when you buy a bundle/product, revealed or not.
Comment has been collapsed.
Because You didn't buy a key. You buy X tickets to unlock X games. And they can't give You the key before You unlock it. There is no reason for them to allocate the key, before You unlock that choice. There is no reason at all to do that. And if by any mean You didn't unlock for too long and keys were sold, it's not their fault. People unlocking keys after months/years are to blame. And if they unlock the game immediately, but there is no more keys, well, they have finite amount of keys. They can predict how many people will buy it, but they can't know for sure. Complaining that the keys are gone is just pathetic. I understand one may be mad, but it doesn't justify being a douchebag. I hate jerk customers that would complain and argue for any reason, just for the sake of arguing.
And You tell bs about this being different than other bundles allocating keys. No, it's not the same. Because if You buy a bundle with specific games, okay. But Choice is not a bundle with specific games. it's bundle that You chose what games You want. Therefore You won't get key allocated if You don't chose it. There is no reason for them to allocate the key for person, who don't want it.
I repeat. Doing this would make them run out of keys few times sooner. Because they would allocate finite amount of keys to everyone, even those, who didn't chose that game. It makes no sense whatsoever. Your thinking is illogical. If they allocate the key for those who chose the game, they would less likely run out of those keys. If they allocate the key to every purchase, it would most certainly make keys vanish quickly. They would be allocated to people who don't want the game and won't be given to someone who wants it. Thank god, Humble thinks before doing something so stupid like this.

Have you ever considered running a car rental company? You seem like you'd be great at it
On a serious note, effective inventory management is important so no argument there. I'm not sure I share your hardline stance that everyone else is an idiot but you, as you seem to have a real chip on your shoulder about it, but for what it's worth, I think there's merit to both concerns (i.e. if you pay for something you should get it within a reasonable amount of time but if there's a way to be cost effective on inventory management, that's not a crime either.). I don't expect to change your mind, hopefully it gave you a chuckle though. Cheers.

Because if You buy a bundle with specific games, okay. But Choice is not a bundle with specific games.
They do this with store purchases too. And non-choice bundles that do have fixed game selections. It's a site-wide issue. I don't know why you think I'm only talking about choice.
And with choice, I could see not assigning a key before you choose games. That makes sense. But after you choose games but haven't revealed them... You were able to do that up until recent months. But anyways I'm not talking about Choice specifically. And that point is moot with the upcoming changes that gives every subscriber all games.
And they can't give You the key before You unlock it. There is no reason for them to allocate the key,
They could. Other sites do. You could assign the key in the database to a purchase order, with revealed being a boolean in the table, thus earmarking a key for you even though it's not revealed to you in case you wish to refund it before revealing it. There is no technical reason you could not do this.
And the reason to allocate a key would be to not run into a situation where they can no longer fulfill someone's purchase. There are a handful of games that have run out of stock and will never be restocked. Savage Lands, for example, has a notification in the product library that the game has changed publishers and they can no longer get any more product keys.
Doing this would make them run out of keys few times sooner.
Of course. They can and do run out of keys for games. And they have the decency to notify you on a game's store page that they're out of stock of keys before you complete the order so you know you'll have to wait. But what they do now is essentially allowing themselves to sell more product than they have with no obligation to fulfill orders should they be unable to restock.

Thanks, could you please let me know when it's back in stock?
