Same here. Part of the terms says you need a
U.S. personal, premier, or business PayPal account in good standing
Also, it says you need to have been invited via email. Hmm that offerId string must be per email.

I'm in the USA, and it isn't there for me. I get the following message, instead.
Thanks for using PayPal for your shopping deals! You may have saved the maximum offers available from this merchant.
(I don't have any offers saved from any merchants as far as I am aware.)

Well, that deal was about the only thing that would have convinced me to spend money on Steam, right now. I guess I get to keep my cash.

Nice, thanks!
Had some issues with EnhancedSteam not working well with Paypal (always defaulted my amount to $5),
If you had the same issue go through the inspector method listed in the guide and it should work fine.

Yes, same here. I saw that I had the ability to enter a custom amount and assumed that it was ES that gave me that ability since everyone said that Steam amounts were fixed. But for some reason it didn't work so had to use the inspector trick.

Awesome, thank you for this. Saved 5 dollars off of my $70 cart. (United States)

Maybe you should mention in the title that this offer is for the USA only.

A twitch emote is now a slur ... how low has this place fallen .
You used to be a nice mod , at least the responses i used to see from you to borderline breaking rules comments used to be nice,
Now you just a SJW . Getting offended by an emote.
yet you didnt even bother suspending the guy who flat out replied to my comment using a emote that is vastly considered racist ...
Right ... ^^

If you don't know the meaning of the words you use, you should either look them up in the dictionary or avoid using them. Just because you've seen something on Twitch doesn't mean it originated there.

uh so your cousin didnt let you do her.... and now you purge the usage of the meme .
Its a twitch emote, that was all ill intent i put into it .
Banning people cause they used a word that means nothing outside the states , other then a twitch emote ... you are a prime example of anything and everything that is wrong with the super sensitive community that seems to be growing nowadays .
cause you know , you can just be like yo , that is not a cool word in the States , consider checking what it mean before you use it .
End of story . i see the meaning it holds to you and im done using it .
Nah .... 2 days and 2 weeks on top of that cause reasons that didnt get a response .
And again the guy that respond with an emote that is considered racist did not get suspended ... guess racism is fine here ?

I don't wanna get into this, but I need to correct you. KKona is not a Twitch emote. It's actually a Better Twitch TV (BTTV extension) emote. Twitch would never approve that emote because of its meaning xD

I mean cool ... but cmon do you think 99% of the people who use those ( me included ) who are outside the source of origin of said phrase actually know what it means ?
its just a silly stereotypical american face ... that was all ill intent i put into it :)

Does nobody bother to read the terms and conditions? It's a US exclusive. The rest of us don't get a discount.

The terms are literally below the button. You don't even have to open another page, you don't even have to scroll. Come on people.

All you need to do is activate the offer via the link below and then purchase $30 or more on Steam. Yes, this also works if you're just adding $30 of credit to your Steam account.

How to add custom amount to a Steam account
Edit: Seems like this offer varies in eligibility by region. Thus far, I can only confirm it working for USA.
Edit edit: looks like that’s all, folks
