It's possible you might never ever win (unless maybe you're the only person with an entry on a game), so either keep trying or give up.

You can all calm down guys, I already answered his questions as he is not very good in English and doesn't understand the FAQ.

Now I have a question. Is it possible to translate the FAQ into my (any) language so it's available for people like him? Never really looked into it.
