It's basically a tabletop that's enhanced by a computer.

Imho, some of their ideas really have potential (e.g. tapping on an element to get the related rules or auto managing the calculations of a fight), but after watching the video, it looks more like a digitally enhanced board game and no tabletop. No customization, a flat and boring field... I actually love the idea of digitally enhancing a tabletop game to make it more accessible or make gameplay elements available that wouldn't work without it, but not at the cost of what makes tabletops so fun in the first place.
What's your opinion?
