[Puzzle] Renegade ops (Until the 18th)

So, I was just in the mood to make a puzzle.
All information needed can be found here.

I hope I didn't make it to hard. :)
The code for the giveaway is hidden somewhere (http://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/[code])

Remember: if you don't know what to do, you can always hurl it!

I will be on holiday for the next three days and I won't have a computer at my disposal.
As soon as I am back I will post hints if needed.

The giveaway lasts a week. (That's until sunday 18th)
Post the link, post any way how to find it or cheat and you are thrown out of the giveaway!! Let everyone have the fun to look for the solution. :D

Well I guess I think too complicated or it's a 2D-code I don't know. I extracted the binary information to a 2.048 byte long file (assuming one bit is 3x3 pixel), but there's no usable information. Since there are 8 solvers I think I'm on the wrong track anyway xD
