HB Lithuanian code, previously we had RU and EU versions (confirmed), now HB has removed single link and I believe that I have EU link.
In any case, Germans definitely cannot use it. So enter according to your region.

I thought germans can activate a EU key for DI GotY?

Well, Im not sure about Germans (didn't check the whole thread). Maybe they can activate DI EU keys, however as Ive mentioned before, enter at your own risk. If you believe you can activate the game (someone claimed that they activated game in a different topic), feel free to enter!
