Looking for an early acess game that will be realeased f2p in november

I remember seeing a game that was currently selling on steam and it would be "released" at november becoming f2p by then, and i have the idea that i wanted to keep it on watch.... but i already tried looking through browser history, but it was cleaned recently cof cof
So i wanted to ask if anyone know of a game that matches this, most likely it was an online game, but in this aspect im not that sure...

Edit: thinking better, maybe it would be released the open beta and not the final release....
