I was about to say this, then I realized I don't actually know where the site rules are now.

The calling out rule is sensible but I think it'd be good to have the actual, official document to confirm it.

Use the appropriate avenues for support. If you have an issue with another user, submit a ticket with a user report, rather than calling them out within the community or on the forum.

I think it's just this.

Check first places first by yourself. Do not use links given to you be the other trader!

you can install enhanced steam, it adds some link on profiles so it's easy to check stuff.
