What is correct " Playing Like Gentlemen " or " Playing Like Gentlemen's " It is for a Team name so we are 5 .

Yes but gentlemen (plural form of gentleman) is plural because man has irregular plural form - Men therefore plural [s] (not possessive/genitive ['s] as you wrote it) at the ending is unnecessary. Hope that helps.
