you is right BUT i think you must "buy" at least 0,01 cents of euro in your cart for valid the discounts.
For example lets say you have a 15 euro discount in your chart , if you add 3 games 5 euro each and proceed the chart will give you error,and you risk to lose also the discount for bug in the event... so would be better if you add 1 game that is prices 5,01 euro and then add other 2 of 5 euro so that the total is 15,01 so yes you pay 0,01 but you not risk so much to lose discount or errors and yes you will get 3 games for free.
p.s. the 0,01 you can do it easy in wallet found by sell cards etc not need put money.
p.s.2: btw "free" is only about our money,because anyway they use our time life (and data collection too) so also if someone not pay money for something is not mean that is "free" when an user do tasks in an event also if him dont know in fact him still work for that store/company (work for free),and in my opinion 5€ discount is not enough reward too for the real time life required for do such tasks (especially in summer).

yes true but for my personal experience,when there is discounts/sales like this,is always better to pay something also only 0,01 would be ok and it can be maked with cards so it ok,then if someone want do it without pay nothing ok but i dont like do it,many times is risk not worth it,because if the cart not acept it cor errors or bugs or sumething you lose 15euro for not pay 0,01 that is not a good risk/deal to do,better pay 0,01 and get 3 games free,than pay 0 and lose 15 euro discount for my point of view.

They had months to come up with a minigame and they are literally making up the rules as the sale is going on. No wonder they are not making games any more, it would be a miracle if they managed to create a level editor without burning down half of the Western seaboard.
On the plus side, if this thing will remain there, at least it is a quite large step in the right direction. I hope they won't manage to find a way to fuck this one up as well.

Same. Though I really coul use the discovery Q more because it's fun to dig through it, but I already have almost 300 WL with minimal income. I think the main issue with the game isn't the lack of clarity, the bugs, the rewards, or even the updates - it is the lack of a game. There is no element of amusement or fun or other things typically associated with games.

Absolutely. It's a daily chore there with some mild levels of fear of missing out if it is skipped. And regarding te mediocre deals - everyone decides if they want to discount their games, but when Torchlight 1 has no discount, 2nd one only 50% (costing more than Grim Dawn)... and these games were thrown away for beans for years... this is very awkward.

I repeat, IF the system works) you could have bought 1 background and 4 emoticons in a sale-event, while beforehand you technically could craft multiple badges just with your daily cards previously. With that new task you get 2000 Token to level up your badge about 20 level...
As 1€ is 121 Points/Tokens it would also cost ~ 15€ to level up like this.
This is in no way "fair".
And with this Event I jumped from level 48 to 58 without spending anything. So, Steamlevel says nothing at all anymore.
