HELP! Region restricted game!

Hey, i got Metro Last Light, but it appears not to work in Europe... Is there any way to activate it without getting banned or anything?

I don't think it's restricted at Europe.

But it's against steam rules to buy games from people that sell it just to escape restriction.

That rule refers to VPN. If you have a game that you cannot activate, you are free to trade/sell it.

You can trade/sell anything as long as it fits the trading window.

I am talking about other bypasses, For example L.A. Noire is restricted from Egypt in the store, if i bought it from another guy and activated it, that could result in a ban.

If you cannot buy it in the store, you cannot activate a gift/key you bought either.

http://www.steamprices.com/eu2/app/43160/metro-last-light 25% down might be a reason. I dont think there is a allowed way to do that coz of that price difference.

just fine someone that either will trade it for the same game or one you want or maybe keys so you can get the game you want

as at this point it is worthless to you if you can not redeem it

and i would not try getting around the region restrictions as far using on your account unless you want to take the risk

but steamtrades would be a good place to start or a steam game trading group
