Why unblacklisting?

I got unblacklisted also :O Yesterday it was! Although, I did get unblacklisted a couple of times a week or so before and I want to know why ;-;

I only blacklist people with non-activated gifts or multiple wins. (Actually except 2 users, one of them being invalid entry.)
Mainly because I want to give someone who didn't violate Steamgifts.com rule a better chance, and I don't want to risk one of MY gifts to be re-gifted or traded.
I do believe that everyone deserves a second chance,(this isn't even big deal to use that phrase, but whatever)so I review my blacklist time to time to see if anyone removed their red lines and got clean. If so, I unblacklist them.

So I should just unwhitelist you and blacklist you for a day, then switch back...

I've unblacklisted a couple of people without giving them any reason, but that was a while ago after being tricked into getting rid of the whole list, can't remember getting any silent unblacklisting myself though :O

I just lost 1 blacklist! OMG! WHAT SHOULD I DO!?

I only unblacklisted 2 persons: one guy who had double wins, but got rid of them, and LuckyShamrock, who claims that I blacklisted him first, but I still don't believe that. I don't usually unblacklist or unwhitelist people.

I used to blacklist ungrateful winners, but then I thought what the hell, and removed everyone.

Tested "IiviI" and "IOvOI" as giveaway codes just to make sure @.@
