You don't need an account there, just log in with your Steam credentials, but you also need a Facebook account for this gib.
Even if they're going to be hacked again, there would be no sensitive information other than the Steam keys you obtained from them through the giveaways.

I stopped using them after they locked my account for "fraud" because I am using a VPN!

First login with Steam credentials, then go to https://www.dlh.net/en/steam-keys.html and find the game and wait until the next batch of keys are given away. You have to solve a funny captcha in order to get the key.
Edit: You also have to complete the 2 tasks (visiting the store page, and liking the sponsor's Facebook page)

ugh, I swore I wouldn't ever bother with dlh again but this one's on my wishlist ..... guess I'll try a couple times.
Mine says 500 keys/hour, not 750 as in the op.
Edit: A whole 14 minutes of clicking button, captcha, more buttons, gateway timeout, refresh, clicking button, captcha, more buttons, gateway timeout, etc etc .... but in the end there was a key.

You seem to be using proxy or vpn. Please turn off any of these services and try again. Your account has been locked because of fraud protection! - please contact support@dlh.net, if you want to get it unlocked.
Heh..I've grabbed keys from their site for a few years...same ISP with no proxy or vpn.
So I just restarted my modem and it let me back on the site....mmkay. So much for "Your account has been locked."
