I don't celebrate my birthday either, and would've gotten away through the day without people knowing (apart from family and fiance) had it not been for two guys who remembered, one of them at work. Ended up with a free lunch, drinks the evening, and a makeshift gathering the following day.
I can't tell you there's no need to be sad, but at least we'll wish you a happy birthday on SG!
