Hold it. If they still haven't accepted and added it within the 7 days, remind them.

Edit - Acutally, they won it twice. Pass it to someone else. Have them hold it ao the other guy can't claim it. Ask Support for a reroll. Give it to the new winner.

From the guidelines, I would say that you are ok but the person who marked the gift received will get in trouble for not activating a won game.

You could ask SG to delete the giveaway possibly or ask for a reroll maybe? Those would be my first two courses of action.

Common issue especially with fake GA's. I check many of them later, and somewhere in the neighborhood of 90% of ones I have inspected marked them received anyway.

Regardless, I am not seeing any recieved marked recent GA's in your history where the person doesn't have the game in their library already.

Actually, it looks like you were the 2nd copy of that game he won...

So he was entered into multiple GA's for the same item and ended up winning 2 of them. He is hoping by marking received you will just go on about your business and nobody will notice anything.

I think that backfired.

I have reminded them, and resent it.

i'm more focused on wanting to give it away again but not getting into trouble if they decide to resciend their 'received status'. does rerolling winner, wipe out the 'received status"?
