Well kinda, its a spiritual successor of Counter Strike from one of the creators.

Well, you have your F2P Counter Strike. Can we now rest the rumor that CSGO will be F2P? Thanks...

EDIT: Nope, I'm not going to close this thread, just play the game or read the store page description and this topic makes perfectly sense(kinda).

Gooseman seems to be stuck at Beta 6.2 era (2000-2001), this game is just too awful.
