Playfire problem

Playfire has a lot of issues. I wouldn't expect a solution to your problems anytime soon (at least not on their end).

You have to wait 5 days or more, like I did with a problem, they "answered" me with a copy paste message and nobody read my ticket. Their support sucks.

no one have the problem 0 games??

Playfire is on beta, it takes a while to sync with your steam account if you already did that step.
Even for the achievements, it took 2 days for them to credit Mr doge effect , while the one for playing aura kingdom for first time got credited in seconds.

Download the vulcan client, it usually speeds up the steam sync. And yes, playfire has a lot of issues, but if everything goes allright, you should see your games and your achievements in a day or two. Give it at least 24hs.

Doesn't matter anyway cuz any money you get will take weeks to download to GMG for you to spend.

And the balance (the money) is 0.00 becouse it says 0 games

It need time.. at first mine too didn't work, then it slowly caught up.
The only thing which still doesn't work for me is the Lecagy profile, even after support resolved my ticket (after a couple of weeks). But I see things are costantly evolving :)

Oh, and my ticket closed means that they responded to me nicely and even added to my balance the credit for the achievement I earned that I was missing. Bet they're working hard to fix everything, just give 'em a bit of time :)

Try the GMG support rather than Playfire support.

Playfire owes me 38 achievements of Wolfenstein and around 3 € at the time those achievements could give you real money.

I gave up trying to make this system work, I will use it sometime soon when it goes better.

Since the devs need to fix my problem if i complete an ach when its fixed i stil gona get it?

Usually, at least for me, playfire only register games as owned when I play them for the first time, though if you're into the playfire rewards thing it might be best to wait until those games become a reward rather than start them up just so it'll show up there. XD
