Which game?

If you're entering a giant ultra everything edition giveaway just for the dlc, it's polite to ask the giveaway creator first. Some people ask that you do not enter them, some people do not care.

better not enter them imo

how it works is if the gifter decides to allow you to enter you can, if he decides you already own the game because you have any part of the bundle he'll reroll(and its polite but not required for the gifter to say one way or the other in the description(also it is not a special rule and so is allowed in public giveaways, in fact its more or less retroactively assumed to be in place if the gifter decides it was).

so to err on the safe side I'd assume they won't want me in it unless explicitly stated otherwise)
