How would some blitzkrieg impact video game plots?

Yesterday, while playing Mass Effect for the first time, I began thinking of how a blitzkrieg could easily resolve the whole plot in under 5 minutes.

Blitzkrieg (noun)
Derived from German "Blitzkrieg"
A fast, sudden military offensive, usually combining ground forces with air support.

Basically what happens when you combine Zerg Rush with Elite Mooks.

Now, for you guys, name some video games which could be instantly resolved by blitzkrieg.
