Hi! I opened double giveaway 48h ago with HL2 & HL2 : EP1. HL2 EP1 giveaway ended correctly (congrats, Fallen!) but i see lots of rare issues with the winner of HL2 (ekawa,http://www.steamgifts.com/user/ekawa).
I send HL2 to ekawa's email but i can see (on Steam profile) he's banned in VAC, and he is from Russia. I'm waiting 24 hours for response, but i check today my "Manage gifts and guest passes..." window and i see new Receiver called "Scopus", from Sweden. This is not a problem, but he changed his name on Saturday from "Ekawa" to "Scopus", and he is called "Reid Hook"(ekawa's steam nick) 2 weeks ago... I tried to talking to him, but it was not possible and he ignores me.
At this point, i reclaimed gift to my mailbox. Any ideas?
Sorry for my english... :)
