Yeah traders and 3rd party are you only options now,Amazon use to have it even after removed from store,but now they do not.Though they seem to still have the 2 story DLC for purchase.
So if you do buy it,Amazon is a good place for the DLC as that might prove harder to find.

They got the DLCs? Cool, I only have one of the story DLCs. Shame I don't have any actual cash right now, just Steam wallet, but that is something to go for another time if they stay.

Yeah just the 2 Story ones none the other cars and so on,i missed the Russian DLC as i did not know about it until after the locks,so no Jimmy Betrayal for me but it is not needed for chevos or anything,but it does add a bit of back story to the one dlc.

Sadly I bought a physical copy on cash converters and the key was used so if you`re able to get a physical copy it should contain a key too just make sure it is a new one or you're screwed.
