This gift has already been redeemed...

Hello.
Today i logged in steamgifts and saw that i won Dota 2 six days ago.
So i checked my mail, and there was a message from Steam.
But when i clicked on the link to redeem, it says
"An error was encountered while processing your request:

This gift has already been redeemed."

What should i do now?
Can you help me?

Contact the person who sent you the gift. If they don't send it to you again, contact support.

Just mark the giveaway as not received. If you won it from someone who has been giving away a lot of Dota maybe try talking to them, it's possible they sent the same one to two different people by accident.

I've had that in the past too and the gift was redeemed by me.
It was just steam bugging. Check your library.

I tried it many times, still can't activate gift and there's nothing in my game list/inventory too. :(
